Sourced presses ahead with £30m Liverpool scheme

The developer is preparing to lodge a planning application with the city council for a 123-apartment project off West Derby Road.

Carlton Court, a £30m scheme from Sourced Development Group, would provide a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments on a site next to the Church of St John the Baptist in Tuebrook.

Sourced is holding pre-application discussions with Liverpool City Council and hopes to submit a planning application for the project in the coming weeks.

“Carlton Court will breathe further new life into North Liverpool,” said Joanne Waller, managing director of Sourced Development Group.

“The stunning and impactful design will create modern homes and attractive retail space for visitors and new businesses out of a site that we are all familiar with.”

Waller added: “Sourced Development Group are passionate about the transformation of this historic city while respecting the unique history of each area. This is no different with Carlton Court.”

Carlton Court is part of Sourced’s plans to deliver 3,000 homes across the North West over the next three years.

Other schemes currently in the company’s pipeline include the 310-home Kingsway Square and the 614-home Westminster Park, which are both in Liverpool.

Work is also progressing in Salford, where Sourced is delivering the 525-home at Regent Plaza.
