Exciting advancements continue at our Regent Plaza scheme as significant progress is being made on Block C’s development. All townhouses are now fully boarded, with wall finishes nicely underway. The bathrooms are seeing rapid progress, with tiling almost complete. The kitchen installation is 95% complete, and the second electrical work fix is in progress and expected to be completed next week.
In further exciting news, the lifts for Block C were delivered at the beginning of October, and lift shaft installation has now officially begun. This critical step in the development process brings us even closer to completion.
